Xmas Presents

Have finished 11 scarves and hats for my daughters, granddaughters & great-granddaughters. Leaving Thursday am for Oakhurst, Ca to spend Xmas with my son and his family. Oakhurst is 14 miles before Yosemite National Park so from my home it's about a 5 1/2 hour drive.

Xmas

Have finished all my christmas presents. Now gathering needlework to take on my trip to my sons. Have to have something to keep the mind and hands busy, besides two little girls 5 years and 3 years old.

Xmas Presents

I have finished all the scarves and hats, now gift wrapping them all. Also have packaged all the granddaughter's and great grand children's gifts. Lots of them. Feels good to know that I am done. I will leave for Oakhurst, Calif. near Yosemite in one week to spend Xmas with my son and his family and stay until after the first of the year.

Pin Tangle

Sharon B of Stitchin Finger's is going to teach a stitching class on Tuesday's beginning 2012. Every Tuesday she will post a new stitch that we can attempt and then post it on our blogs. It will go on all year, so go to http://www.pintangle.com/ and join up.

Crochet

Still knitting the hats for all my girls and loving it. We had winds Wednesday of 100mph they said gale force winds, I thought something was going to come crashing through my bedroom window. It's been a long time since we've had that kind of wind.  Everyone cleaning up the mess.

Xmas

Finished knitting my third hat with 4 more to go, also I have finished 11 scarves so I have accomplished alot.  Bathed and groomed 3 yorkies which took all morning,  had my nails done and had my hair cut,  really getting a lot done.  Love this fall weather it was 71 deg. today and it felt great.

Blog

I have been working on my blog and it's still here. Don't know how to add a few sites to my blog. Have not figured it out yet.

Knitting

Weather here in SoCal is beautiful about 80 deg today. I have been knitting this afternoon with one Yorkie asleep on my lap, and two other's laying on both sides of me in my chair. Life is good.

Blog

I am surprised that my blog is still here this morning. Yesterday I made a great looking blog and named it Needlework by Rose Mary, but last night it vanished. I have had alot of trouble making a blog, but that it goes missing is funny. Hopefully all this practice will make it a better blog. Sharon B emailed that she could not get into it and I checked and sure enough it was gone. I made this new one trying to make it like the first one, and this is what I came up with.

Xmas

I have been crocheting scarf's for my Daughter's, Granddaughters, and Great Granddaughters, also knitting a hat for each, I have been busy, busy, busy.

TAST

This will make the 4th blog I have made, the others disappeared to who knows where.  I signed up to do TAST with Sharonb and will be posting my stitches here as we go along.
